Checklist:

1. Completed Electronic Application Form
   
   
2. Cover Letter describing:
   - why you are applying for this internship
   - what you expect to learn and accomplish during the internship
   - your qualifications for this role and the specific area of interest
   (if applying for more than one area of interest, please include your qualifications for each role in separate paragraphs)
   
   
3. Professional Resume
   
   
4. Dance/Performance Resume
   
   
5. Three References (included on the second portion of the application form)
   - 2 references should vouch on work ethic and qualifications for specific position
   - 1 reference MUST vouch for your dance/choreographic ability and technique (educational or professional)
   
   
6. Additional Requirement for specific internship positions
   - Development Intern: two writing samples, maximum two pages in length each
   
   - Communication & Marketing Intern: an example of a poster advertisement (8.5x11) from portfolio or that is created specifically for this
